We used to send out customer survey's from time to time to see how were doing, of course now everything is done online. Basically the customer rates us on how were doing in five areas of our work, we take this honest assessment and use it to better suit you the customer. Over the years we have received many of these back, our customer satisfaction rate is 95% for the past 28 years, but we're always striving for 100%.
